Job Description

The Construction Manager - Superstructure is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects related to the superstructure in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling and budgeting.
  2. Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  3. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  4. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  5. Monitor the progress of construction projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Experience working on superstructure projects is highly desirable.
