Job Description

As a Construction Logistics Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management, and the optimization of site logistics solutions to meet project needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of people, goods, and equipment, while managing site facilities and ensuring safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Programming:
  • Develop logistics strategies to efficiently move labor, materials, and plant around the site. Ensure separation of vehicles, machinery, and personnel throughout the project.
  • Mobilization:
  • Secure the site, manage traffic, and coordinate site accommodations, including inductions and operational procedures.
  • Supply Chain Management:
  • Control material deliveries, manage storage, and coordinate with contractors to maintain a seamless flow of resources.
  • Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct site inspections, and create site-specific safety manuals and emergency plans.
  • Vehicles, Plant, and Equipment:
  • Manage plant and equipment, maintain an asset register, and ensure they are operated and maintained in compliance with safety standards.
  • Security:
  • Manage site security personnel, enforce compliance with regulations, and ensure site safety.
  • Environmental & CSR Responsibilities:
  • Maintain waste management plans, ensure environmental monitoring, and lead corporate social responsibility activities.
