Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager in the field of Civil Engineering to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on civil engineering. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all project specifications and requirements are met.
  3. Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with project budgets and timelines.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
  5. Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
  8. Coordinate and communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the construction process, ensuring that all parties are informed and satisfied with project progress.
  9. Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on civil engineering.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Proficient in project management software.
  9. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  10. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
