We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas Civil construction and site management activities.Vacancy: 2 NosRequirements:•Experience: 20+ Years•Education: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)•Nationality: Any Nationality•Gender: Male•Employment Type: Full Time•Availability: Immediate (Iqama Transfer Preferred)Experience in following:-•PC building works•Site preparation / Cutting, filling and leveling•Asphalt paving / marl paving / Fence work etc..•Pipe rack and Heavy equipment foundation works•Familiar in Aramco and Sabic Standards•Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and building construction projectsKey requirement:-•Capability to handle the project independently•Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.•Site total control and schedule management.•Manage manpower and equipment•Maintain the client relation•Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.•Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices, creating a secure and compliant working environment.•Prepare, review, and present project documentation, including cost estimates, progress reports, and technical analysis.•Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems•Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is requiredLocation: Riyadh
