Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution
Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time
Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors
Ensure that all construction work is conducted in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure that all construction operations are conducted safely
Identify and manage risks to the project and the company, and develop contingency plans as needed
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
