Routine management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.Follow up the project execution plans and coordinate all subcontractors work, review the technical, drawings work and ensure the adherence of the execution based on the project time plans.Responsibilities:Review the designs and drawings and make sure that it is matching with the ProjectWorks with other site engineers and construction manager in the inspections and project civil plan collections of informationPrepare the project equipment plan in terms of equipment, machines and materials and get the approval of the site project manager and manage the supply based on the time planConduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)Liaise with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.Manage the equipment operations and ensure that it is working with high productivity ratios and all maintenance are done based on the annual plan and within the available budgetReview daily project expenses and report any discrepancies to the site project managerResolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.Assists in identifying Health & Safety training needs for site personnelMonitor the work of the subcontractors based on the project plan and ensure that adherence to the time plan, project budgetPlanning the work and efficiently organizing the project and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.Assists in maintaining drawing files, drawing register, quality records and site filing systemManage any emergency situations and recommend suitable solutions to the site construction manager/ to the project managerManage the work done in the site based on the available equipment, people and materialsManage the occupational health and safety plans and ensure all instructions are doneAssists in ensuring that full risk assessments are carried out to avoid pollution incidentsEnsures that the required quality records are maintainedPrepare Request for Inspection (RFI) and liaise with QA/QC Engineer and Consultant for the inspection schedule in consultation with Construction/ Project Manager.Assists in the preparation of the Project Completion documentationsAble to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may ariseAssists in the preparation of method statements, site programs and temporary works planningClose monitoring of site work progress, working with contractor and sub-contractors to improve production efficiencyEnsure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on timeMake sure the project complies with legal requirementsOverseeing the work of all junior staff including Junior Site Engineers.Perform additional assignments per supervisors? direction
