Main Duties-Oversee and manage the Landscape and Public realm of the KSP project.-Drafting briefs and scopes of works for all public soft and hard scape works.-Presentation to Client, Senior Management of RCRC and other high officials.-Management of Development Control Regulations for all open space works.-Research and collating information on appropriate, practices, materials, equipment, suppliers and manufactures.-Establish contacts with local & international design companies.-Assist in prequalifying consultants, suppliers, & contractors.-Ensuring the Landscape and Public realm design aligns with the project program and strategy.-Manage the design review and approval process of the Landscape Masterplan deliverables.-Overview and approval of appropriate plant material. Assist in plant material procurement & interface with the plant nursery.-Manage softscape distribution for public space works and coordination assistance for individual plot projects.-Manage the review and approval of, hardscape materials, mock-ups & shop drawings.Interface with other KSP departments and assist in the general technical coordination.Act as role model for quality and excellence.
