Job Description

Carter Murray Dubai have an opportunity for a Concept Design Senior Manager for an exciting region in Saudi Arabia.Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the full design of visitor journeys, expeirences and products through providing design thinking approaches. You will be the link between the business, expeirence planning and experience delivery.You will contribute to the delivery of the strategic plan for the Destination Marketing Management Office. Design and develop a range of visitor journey concept design schemes for new products as well as updating existing product designs.Key Requirements of the Production Operations Director are:

  • A university degree (related to business or CX)
  • Over 10 years of experience in customer/visitor experience
  • Experience in working in large organisations with extensive stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent level of English
  • Global market experience
  • Openness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
