Responsible for developing and administering policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs. They are a focused on driving the long term growth and development of esports and the games industry globally.DescriptionDevelop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goalsDevelop and implement benefits programs, including, merit increase, AIP and LTIPEnsure compliance with all regulations related to compensation and benefits programsAnalyze compensation and benefits data and provide recommendations to senior managementAnalyze and report on compensation data, including salary trends and employee satisfaction with compensation packagesDevelop and implement the job evaluations to determine the appropriate compensationDevelop and implement employee wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition and organization design, to ensure that compensation strategies align with overall goals and objectivesCollaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure that compensation programs are accurately reflected in financial statements and budgetsSupport OD & C projects as required from overall goals and objectivesProfileThe successful candidate will be strong in Compensation and Benefits with a good understanding of the technology sector. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required. At least 7 years of progressive experience.
