Mrsool provides a true order anything from anywhere experience by connecting people.About the role:A high-level exposure to social media, and a passion for connecting with audiences via social posts and direct messages, email newsletters, and Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.Responsibilities

  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensure team collaboration as needed to accomplish excellent customer care.
  • Collecting customer comments such as recurring problems, system errors to report it to the team lead.
  • Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer needs to set up better services.
  • Follow Mrsool?s Quality Assurance procedures, guidelines, and policies.
QualificationsDiploma Bachelor?s degree.Working Conditions
  • Remote shift from 12AM to 8AM to ensure to have all-time service levels.
  • 6 working days, 8 hours a day.
