Responsibilities:Develop and implement a communication strategy that takes into consideration multiple level of audiences on a global and local scale.Skills in drafting communication messages using business language to deliver key messages related to the corporate digitalization program.Provide creative support for internal and external program communication efforts.Significant contribution to the change management efforts related to program milestones in the way it is communicated and cascaded across the organization.Conduct awareness and education sessions to large audiences related to the program awareness and change management efforts.Translate technical project updates into business language and ideas that can be implemented by concerned team in the form of video/presentation slides targeting different level of audiences.Draft corporate business language letters addressed to executives related to the program.
