Job Description

On behalf of a fine dining restaurant, we are hiring Commis 1 and 2 for their Riyadh branch.?The scope of the task includes working alongside demi and Chef de Partie on the basic needs of the kitchen.Commis chef may rotate to different sections to be able to gain knowledge while multitasking?

  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Assisting with the handling of health and safety
  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish
  • Assist other Chefs
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Cleaning stations
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
  • Assisting with the handling of food hygiene practices
  • To undertake general administration duties.
  • To observe the Company?s rules and procedures and carry out any reasonable request made by their Manager, Supervisor, or the Duty Manager.
  • To be aware of your responsibilities in respect of Health and Safety at Work, following all procedures in this respect, and reporting to management any hazardous situation or accident.
  • To attend training sessions and team meetings as required and to be involved and contribute to these.
