Job Description

Faithful+Gould are seeking to expand the team based from Riyadh, KSA. You will support the Regional Director and lead a team of up to 5 QS?s for delivery of leisure and entertainment projects ? typically theme and water parks.?Responsibilities

  • Contract interpretation and advice/action
  • Client and stakeholder management
  • Providing advice on costs of facilities, theming and show/ride content
  • Executive level reporting
  • Internal programme management
  • Managing and assisting technical teams to prepare task orders/work packages
  • Maintaining rolling revenue & profit forecasts
  • Reporting on project performance
  • Leveraging project commercial performance ? revenues and costs
  • Ensure time charge hours properly captured and invoiced on time
