Job Description

Coffee Machine Technician - Riyadh, Jeddah DammamOur coffee distribution business is seeking experienced and skilled Coffee Technicians to join our team in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers on coffee equipment and related products, as well as conducting regular maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee machines and brewing processes, be customer service-oriented, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

  • Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines including espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.
  • Provide technical support to customers via in-person visits, phone, etc.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks and cleanings on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Order necessary parts and supplies for repairs and maintenance.
  • Train customers on equipment operation and proper maintenance practices.
  • Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when working on equipment or in customer locations.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and new technology related to coffee equipment.
