Job Description

Job role:The Coffee Artist is responsible for the happiness of the customers from the moment where they enter the store till they leave and that by welcoming them, taking their orders, and processing them as per the brand?s standard. The coffee Artist has to ensure serving a cup of art to the customer.Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee and specialty beverages as per the brand standards along with side offerings.
  • Deliver high level of customer service by responding to customer inquiries, complaints in a positive manner.
  • Receiving and processing customer payments.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Properly handling and maintaining all store equipment?s by following the proper instructions.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment?s.
