With a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services, our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee the full operations of 5 medical clinics.Client DetailsA group that operates across multiple portfolios including healthcare.DescriptionOversee and optimize day-to-day operations of 5 medical clinics (1 in Riyadh and 4 in Qassim) to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.Implement best practices for patient care, appointment scheduling, and overall clinic workflow.Assess the current organizational structure and processes, identifying areas for improvement.Develop and execute strategic plans to revamp the clinics, focusing on enhancing efficiency and patient satisfaction.Lead initiatives to address weaknesses and implement changes for optimal performance.Conduct regular performance analysis of clinics, identifying key metrics and benchmarks for success.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Supervise and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Provide leadership in recruitment, training, and performance management.Collaborate with the Healthcare Director to align business strategies with overall organizational goals.Work closely with medical professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to enhance clinic services.ProfileMinimum of 5 years of experience in managing medical clinics, with a proven track record of successful operations.Demonstrated experience in revamping organizations, including restructuring and process optimization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify weaknesses and implement effective solutions.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.Note: The position is open to candidates based in either Riyadh or Qassim.
