We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Success Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and driving growth within our organization. As a Client Success Associate, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, help them achieve their goals, and provide exceptional support throughout their journey with us.Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact
  • Understand client goals and develop strategies to help them achieve success
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue upsell opportunities

  • Manage client accounts, including contract renewals and cancellations
