Prepare, evaluate, and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and cost claims
Conduct critical path and delay analyses using Primavera P6 and other planning tools
Review project schedules, progress reports, and claims-related documentation
Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary supporting documentation
Engage with external claims consultants for independent reviews and support on complex claims
Negotiate claims with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to reach amicable resolutions
Contribute to dispute resolution processes, including preparing submissions for arbitration or adjudication
Collaborate with legal, contracts, and planning teams to ensure claims are aligned with contractual obligations
Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status, risks, and opportunities related to claim
