Job Description

  • Obtain principal approvals for all claim related activities.
  • Acquire all related documents to process the claim from Customer / Principal / Sales Team.
  • ?Process the claim in timely manner.
  • Keep records of all claims and update tracker.
  • Visit customers to sort out claim related issues as and when required.
  • Built and Maintain good relationship with customer accounts department.
  • Keep good relationship with BCO Customer Finance Team & HO finance team?and coordinate on claim process and customer payments.
  • BDA Copies filing and provide updates as and when require.
