Job Description

  • Applies knowledge of architectural principles and practices
  • Review Shop Drawings for compliance with Contract Documents
  • Lead effort of work coordination onsite, and supervising the construction activities on-site
  • Be the liaison and facilitator of the verification process of work performed on-site.
  • Lead the effort of Quality Assurance with the Contractor.
  • Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance if required.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
