Civil Site SupervisorJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Supervise all on-site construction activities, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing the work of subcontractors and laborers.•Ensure that construction works adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.•Monitor project progress and report regularly to the project manager.•Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.•Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.•Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and material usage.•Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.Requirements:•Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.•Proven experience in managing and supervising construction sites, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, etc.•Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.•Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.•Proficiency in using project management software and tools.•Iqama must be transferable.
