Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the field.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
  2. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control.
  3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays.
  5. Manage and lead a team of engineers and construction professionals.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
  8. Manage project budgets and financials, including cost tracking and forecasting.
  9. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, with a minimum of 15 years in civil construction projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
  4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
  5. Experience in managing and leading teams of engineers and construction professionals.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  9. Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
  10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
