Civil ForemanJob Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Summary:The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing the workforce, and coordinating with the project team to maintain schedules and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:?Supervision and Coordination?Oversee and direct daily operations at construction sites.?Plan and assign tasks to construction crews and subcontractors.?Ensure that workers adhere to company policies, safety standards, and project guidelines.?Coordinate work with other foremen, trades, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth workflow.Qualifications:?ITI diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in civil engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred.?3+ years of experience as a Foreman in civil construction or a related field.?Thorough knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.?Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.?Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
