Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Finishing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finishing works, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and adhere to project deadlines.

  • Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications for finishing works.
  • Prepare and manage material takeoffs and estimates for finishing elements.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for finishing activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of finishing work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Identify and address any defects or non-conformance issues with finishing works.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers involved in finishing works.
  • Prepare and manage schedules for finishing work activities.
  • Track and monitor progress of finishing works against project milestones.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to finishing works.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on finishing aspects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finishing work processes.
