We are seeking a versatile Civil Engineer (Indian National) with a strong background in both on-site supervision and technical office functions. The candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project execution, from initial cost estimation and pricing to on-site delivery and final client billing.Key Responsibilities:Estimation & Pricing: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare accurate cost estimates for new projects/tenders.Billing & Invoicing: Prepare monthly progress invoices, verify subcontractor bills, and manage the certification of payments.Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.Technical Documentation: Review shop drawings, prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and maintain as-built records.SkillsEducation: Bachelor?s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (from accredited Indian universities).Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in building construction projects in G.C.C countries.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Documentation: Experience in BOQ preparation, billing, and progress documentation.Legal: Transferable Iqama is a mandatory requirement.Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority.Driving: A valid Saudi Driving License is a plus.
