Essential FunctionsProvide direct supervision and guidance to Crew Members; lead and develop them to perform the ?essential functions? of their positions.?Perform daily opening, closing, operational and administrative duties, including undertaking all projection-based duties as necessary.Delivery of high operational standards in line with XYZ?s audit guidelines; ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the cinema on a daily basis.Assist with hiring, training, developing, and appropriately performance managing and disciplining associates.Hiring the ?best fit? candidates who will deliver XYZ?s guiding principles effectively; timely, accurate 2-way communication regarding performance occurs regularly and performance issues are managed appropriately.Assist the General Manager / Senior Manager with achieving cinema guest service and financial goals.
