C.I Associate Consultant is responsible for Implementation of direct marketing and sales activities and achieving personal sales targets within Corporate Interiors Sector according to WORKSPACE business planJob duties include but are not limited to:?Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per WORKSPACEsales and marketing plan?Implement the sales strategy within the Corporate Interiors Sector?Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail, telephone, and personal visits?Generate quotations in response to sales inquiries?Deliver, comment and negotiate the quotations with the customer?Develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support?Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;?Explain customers all the technical information of the products as well as communicatethe mode of use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way?Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information?Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys?Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database?Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills?Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and serviceimprovements
