Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of chocolate decorators to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Inspect final products for aesthetics, accuracy, and consistency in accordance with company specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Collaborate with R&D and design teams to develop seasonal items and new decorative techniques.
Train and mentor junior staff and decorators, fostering creativity and skill development.
Monitor inventory of decorating tools, supplies, and ingredients; coordinate with procurement for restocking.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.
Prepare reports on production output, quality issues, and team performance.
