Saudi-based investment company specialising in real estate and investment management.Client DetailsSaudi-based investment company specialising in real estate and investment management.DescriptionReview, monitor and analyse private equity and asset management strategy in line with the companys corporate strategy and setting objectives while ensuring coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve business continuity and profitability.Review the operational business plans of direct investments, private equity, strategic partnerships and monitor the performance and execution of those plans in line with the companys vision, mission & preapproved KPIs. Manage the private equity portfolio and contribute to the development and execution of a refined and improved private equity strategy to ensure sustainable profitability of the company.Conduct global analysis on assets performance, progress and alignment with budget, and oversee the analysis of project performance trends to optimize returns and mitigate risks.Prepare the basis for decisions on investment opportunities to be taken to the Managing Director, Investment Committee and Board of Directors.Develop, acquire the new investment strategy approval from the Investment Committee.Oversee and approve on the analysis of investment opportunities presented.ProfileStrong business acumen with experience in critically evaluating businesses and investment opportunities.Ability to conduct market / business research, synthesize complex data and clearly communicate insights.Sector experience: Real estateRegional experience: Saudi Arabia and GCCTop tier education: Bachelors degree level and CFA or MBAJob OfferCareer growth Competitive salary and benefits.
