Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CFO to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The right C-Suite candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to the team, establish a great working relationship with the board Chairman, and set a course for company strategy.Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with high-level decisions about policy and Financial Planning- strategy.
  • Overseeing the company?s financial activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Assuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Supervising the financial reporting and budgeting team.
  • Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
  • Working well with the C-Suite to develop the strategic plan.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. Financial Planning, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis, KPI Reporting, Internal Controls, Auditing, Risk management, Financial Reporting, Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Long Range Planning, Process Improvement,Benchmark Analysis
