Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the company Executive Leadership Team, you are the key financial leader of COMPANY, driving financial discipline and accountability, and the key business partner to deliver the Company?s financial objectives in terms of sales, profit and cash.In This Position, Your Main Missions Will Be

  • Corporate governance : establish and maintain strong corporate financial compliance. Being responsible for accounting policies and practices and finance procedures: financial statements, statutory accounting, tax compliance and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Corporate strategy : Support the CEO and the executive team in shaping the strategic vision for COMPANY, providing input on economic trends, competitive benchmarks and business insights to enable sustainable growth. Define and test business model and what success looks like.
  • Planning : Be accountable for Financial business planning, including organic and external growth and resource allocation in coordination with COMPANY CEO and responsible of COMPANY strategic planning cycle (long range planning, budgets, quarterly forecasts, business reviews).
  • Track performance : Measure the financial performance of the organization versus short-term and long-term goals and identify recovery actions to close the gaps (monthly closing & reporting, weekly projections, year-end closing, statutory closing & audit).
  • Establish and lead an agile financial organization across all the country where COMPANY operates. Build capabilities, develop talents, coach and monitor your direct reports.
  • Stakeholders management : engage with key stakeholders (shareholders, bankers, auditors, insurance firms, tax offices), manage relations and deliver to their expectations.
  • Liquidity : ensure that COMPANY has sufficient liquidity to execute its plans and comfortably operates (cashflow management and forecast)
