Job Description

Join a global leader as their Chief Financial Officer in Riyadh!Take charge of developing and managing finance, accounting, insurance, IT, internal control, and auditing policies.?

  • Engage in strategic planning aligned with the organizations mission and values to sustain their growing market share, maximize reimbursement, and enhance cost efficiency and productivity. Communicate financial information and reports to the board of trustees.
  • Evaluate current and planned programs for profitability, marginal efficiency, and reimbursement. Develop a comprehensive budget, regularly update department heads on budget variances, and suggest/implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and maintain a lean cost structure.
  • Take a leadership role in reporting financial results to corporate, and develop innovative methods to leverage economies of scale and synergies with central operations.
  • Establish an analytical function within finance to support field and centralized operations in proactively identifying issues and opportunities. Provide leadership to functional management and staff, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and success metrics are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership and Strategy team to analyze the economics of new service lines and business models. Evaluate and select strategic opportunities as they arise.
