Your Role: There is a steep acceleration that is being witnessed in the Saudi market and our client in the real estate industry is moving in step with the market. They are looking for a senior finance professional who is not only an operator but a strategist. Leading the organization through to an IPO with its accompanied frenzy, the incumbent needs to have quality experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, drive the finance function to greater efficiencies, build a culture of business partnering. Take a seat on the strategy planning take and contribute to the future direction of the business, provide strategic financial input, guide and oversee the budgeting process to ensure that each business unit is aligned to the overall strategic goals. You will be responsible for driving informed business decisions based on the organizations current spend plan, navigating priorities, market conditions and strategic business goals.
