Your role: Partnering with the CEO for the journey ahead. The organization is poised for an IPO and would need you to bring prior experience in getting an organization IPO-ready. Report directly to the CEO and serve as a business partner to senior management and the Board of Directors. He/She will be responsible for all financial functions and all corporate strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will foster relationships with the investment banking community and serve as a key spokesperson for the company to the investment community. Head the finance activities to support the company?s growth. Provide the financial input for annual and long-term business plans and advise accordingly. Serve as the strategic business partner and financial strategist of the company. Provide overall leadership to the management reporting, financial planning, and budgeting processes
