The role: A nearly post covid market while it created turbulence it has also opened the doors for opportunities. Leading a large team, you would set the strategy for digitalization, drive online sales, look at new investments, drive the P&L, revenue growth and build strong capable teams. Develops clear value creation plans (themes, initiatives, sequence, pace, balance of performance and health efforts) that encompass the company?s Key Priorities. Successfully mobilizes required resources across the company to deliver on the plan (right number and capabilities at right time). Develops a compelling story for the Company?s transformation journey, develops a robust communications plan around it, and executes the plan to create energy for change. Supports Theme and Initiative leaders progress and achieve the impact of theme and initiatives. Drive engagement with the Board, mobilizes a network of change agents to assist in the transformation journey and cultural change of the company. You need to bring strategic and operational leadership in the restaurant business. Ability to take the business to the next level and make a future-fit organization. Preference for candidates who have had experience in developed markets as well.
