Job Description

/Duties:Monthly reconciliations: Banks, GL Accounts, Suppliers/Vendors.Preparing, Verifying and processing of payments: Suppliers/Vendors, Vehicle Suppliers, Insurance Companies, Misc, Staff Payments like Payroll, advances, bonuses, etc, Company?s loans repayments, Refunds to customers.?

  • Recording of all payments in system accurately and bookkeeping.
  • Controlling day-to-day operations regarding Receivables & Payables.
  • Verifying customers? installment payments and recording to their loan accounts.
  • Responsible for issuing Purchase orders for new purchases
  • Responsible for loan disbursement and ensuring their correct accounting treatments.
  • Issuing early settlement reports for clients by making sure that all the numbers are correct.
  • Responsible for loan closures by making sure that all the receivables have been collected.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports & insurance reports for Finance Manager in order to submit monthly VAT returns.
  • Keep track of monthly loans repayments and making sure to process the payments on due dates especially loans from SAMA & MONSHAAT.
  • Assisting to kick-off Internal & external audits by providing them requested information.
  • Generating of Trial balance and making sure that all accounts are showing the correct balances. ?
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends especially Risk Reports at the end of each quarter.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
