Job Description

Job title:-Change Management Senior SpecialistÿJob Purpose:The jobholder is responsible for performing change management activities including support in developing and delivering change management Roadmap, Strategy, and Plans.ÿResponsibilities and Duties:

  • Support in developing and implementing customized change management roadmap based on digital transformation needs.
  • Apply Change Management approach and methodology to identify potential risks, anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns to support the adoption of changes.
  • Identify key stakeholders, assess change readiness, and conduct impact analysis.
  • Support the design and delivery of change management training programs.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare Risk mitigation plan.
  • Create actionable deliverables (communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan)
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Consolidate and disseminate lesson learnt and best practices in change management.
ÿQualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in IT, Business Administration, Communication, or any related fields.
  • +7 of relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Change Management.
  • Certified in Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Practitioner or any other equivalent certification in Change Management.
  • English language level: Excellent.
  • Excellent in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
