Manage the technical support team and provide guidance and training effectively, to be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the technical support employee in the region, training them, distributing tasks on a daily basis, and organizing work trips to remote areas or other areas that require support in coordination with the area supervisors and the direct manager and setting deadlines To accomplish the required goals, close tickets, and follow up on the installation and maintenance of POS devices for electronic payment, and providing the service to the customer at a high level to ensure the quality of the service provided. Monitoring team performance and organization and evaluating work performance Communication skills with clients and supervisors of areas, to be able to act proactively to ensure team operations and to close all tickets on time and to ensure that tasks are completed, to have sufficient knowledge and experience to provide suggestions and recommendations in case of need to the direct manager to carry out developments and solve problems, commitment to field work, good appearance and adherence to the companys uniform.
