The operator will be responsible for handling, operating, and maintaining block-making machinery to produce high-quality cement concrete blocks for building projects.Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor Tabook cement concrete block making machines to ensure efficient production.- Prepare raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, water) according to specified mix ratios.- Load materials into the machine and oversee block molding, curing, and stacking processes.- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of machinery to prevent downtime.- Ensure blocks meet quality standards for size, strength, and finish.- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.- Assist with manual labor tasks such as lifting, stacking, and transporting blocks when required.- Report mechanical issues or production delays to supervisors promptly.
