Job Summary:A Catering Sales Manager in Riyadh is responsible for generating and managing catering sales for a hotel, restaurant, or catering company. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively selling catering services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:Actively seek out new business opportunities and clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts.

  • Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales and catering professionals.
