Job Description

An Established F&B group in Saudi Arabia are looking for a Catering Manager, the client specialises in classic middle eastern and home comfort foods and has multiple brands and catering businesses in the Kingdom.?As a Catering manager managing a large team, you are expected to develop the Catering division, tap into new business channels, re-structure and strengthen its operations and to improve the overall performance.?

  • Manage the annual operating budget and strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives for the catering division and Improve the visibility of Catering brand and support in the sales efforts
  • Complete responsibility for financial performance of catering division and P&L performance down to gross operating profit (GOP)
  • Price, plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of all catering functions
  • Managing a large team within the catering department
  • Ensure that customer requirements and specs are adhered to and that functions are run smoothly, efficiently, profitably and to the full satisfaction of the customer
  • Act as a hands?on catering manager, maintain contact with customers and the field of Operations and develop the duty schedule for the catering activities including full?time staff and other divisions and outsourced staffed
  • Continuous effort to improve the operations, streamline processes and progressively develop and implement standard operating procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining a proper inventory of small and heavy equipment inventory
