Job Description

To provide excellent food, beverages and service in accordance with brand standards and company culture, and to make customers feel welcome in the shop as their first contact in enjoying the H„agen-Dazs experience.

  • Food production as per product specifications.
  • Beverage production (including barista skills) as per specification.
  • Greeting and seating customers as required and manages queue as needed.
  • Customer service either from a counter or at a table.
  • Right selling food and beverage to customers.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.
  • Operating the POS system efficiently and accurately.
  • Storage and rotation of stock using FIFO method.
  • Completing administrative tasks as requested by line manager.
