Job Description

Applications are invited for the position of Campus Principal at Niagara College KSA campuses across KSA. Reporting to the Director, NC KSA, the Campus Principal is responsible for setting strategic direction of the College, promoting innovative learning environments, engaging with business and academic partners and creating a shared development plan that will help achieve the ambition of the College? vision and mission. This involves monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs and introducing blending learning methodologies which fosters exceptional performance of students and faculty.The Campus Principal will oversee the development and execution of the Campus Business Plan in leading all relevant functions within the campus, supporting recruitment and successful retention of student in alignment with the budget targets. The Campus Principal is responsible for establishing effective quality control measures that encourages transparency and delivery of high standards, along with overseeing the execution of budget planning, and evaluation of educational programs. The Campus Principal will also work with their team members in developing innovative learning strategies and character-building support model for students.Responsibilitiesincludebutarenotlimitedto:

• Creates innovative and effective systems for the management of staff performance, incorporating performance management, peer review and professional development target setting to support the development and delivery of high-quality, sustainable and agile training programs/services, leading to a high level of students/stakeholders confidence and satisfaction with the College.
• Manages and evaluates policies and procedures framework for the operation and functions consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and strategic goals of the College including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, discipline systems, targets, to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Provides strong, dynamic academic and administrative leadership, fosters a learning environment which encourages competitive scholarship, teaching, academic excellence, and promotes and engages in professional development.
• Provides oversight of assessment for students learning based on external quality benchmarking.
• As a member and leader of the Senior Management Team of the College, works closely with other team members to address the College issues pertaining to such items as fiscal responsibility, strategic planning, enrollment management, student life, communications and community relationships.
• Acts as the lead officer in the recruitment and selection of faculty, and recommends to the Director, NC KSA the employment of those selected.
• Works effectively with business partners, industry, government and legislative bodies to secure new educational and training opportunities in a competitive and diverse educational marketplace.
• Develops and optimizes strategic linkages and partnerships with all levels of government, community, education, business, industry and international educational sectors
• Assists in the development and implementation of the College?s branding and marketing strategy in order to increase the students number.
