Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Desert Camp Manager to oversee and organize all activities, tours, and events at our traditional Bedouin camp in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a top-notch experience for all guests. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and desert tourism, with a strong background in event management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup and clean-up teams for every event and tour at the camp, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Manage the purchase and stock of supplies, equipment, and food needed for daily operations and special events at the camp.
  • Ensure the maintenance and functionality of all equipment at the camp, including tents, cooking equipment, and vehicles.
  • Booking of special activities such as camel riding or ATV.
  • Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers, including transport, food, staffing, and caterers, to ensure the highest quality of services.
  • Manage the overall budget for experiences, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial accounts.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels for all camp supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Overlook the ordering, stocking cooking and serving of food to guests at the camp
  • Supervise and manage all staff, including full-time employees and freelance event staff, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service.
  • Training all staff in their roles at the camp
