Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Call Center Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any issues they may have. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and responding to customer inquiries via email or chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Salary: 8000 SARResponsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
  2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
  3. Responding to customer inquiries via email or chat
  4. Providing information about products and services to customers
  5. Recording customer information and interactions in the company database
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Fluent in Arabic and English languages
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to handle high call volume and work under pressure
  5. Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  6. Experience with Galileo ticketing system
