Job Description

Perform routine assembly tasks to ensure Production Targets are achieved on time along with high Quality. Follow standard work processes and instructions from superiors on a daily basis. Report issues and problems in a timely manner to avoid delays and downtime.

  • Meet the daily target for production from morning meeting or instructions from superiors
  • Assemble the product as per the SOPs, work instructions, and/or routing provided with the work orders
  • Check the kit to ensure all the material is available as per drawing
  • Perform the operations like wire cutting, bundling wires, crimping, soldering, HST/boot/TMS shrinking, braiding and connectorization within the time allotted
  • Ensure all the assembly work meets IPC 610/620 requirements and/or customer requirements.
  • Report problems and issues as per the QMS process and escalate them to avoid delays
