For more information, visitWorley is currently looking for an experienced Buyer to be part of our team on a project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Duties and Responsibilities:Provides all project procurement activities as required by Project and also ensures the proper coordination with other project disciplines to meet all procurement milestone dates.? Assists development of Project Procurement Plan and Strategy? Manages/ Conducts Suppliers (Vendors) Pre-Qualification Process? Prepares RFQ packages / RFQ bidder lists? Issues RFQ, collect Bids? Prepares commercial bid evaluations? Negotiates / Clarifies commercial matters with Bidders? Prepares Approval forms for PO placement? Issues POs? Administrates POs? Expedites all deliverables defined in POs including delivery of the ordered equipment/ materials / services? Coordinates inspection / logistics matters with relevant parties? Obtains / Assesses Suppliers (Vendors)? Progress Report? Obtains invoices and Assess invoices for payments? Prepares / Updates Procurement Reports such as PSR/ESR/LSR? Assesses / Evaluates Suppliers(Vendors)? Performance? Performs POs close-outMust have:? Bachelor?s Degree or higher, in Engineering or Business Management? +5 Year Experience of EPC or EPCM Contract and Project Procurement? Thorough knowledge of project procurement process, practices & commercial terms and conditions, IK/OOK market & suppliers, logistics, international codes and standards.?
