Job Description

Objectives:Our client is a newly established business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that runs organic supermarkets and restaurants, is looking for an experienced Buyer to join their team! As a Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the overall stores product strategy and competitiveness.?Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
  • Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
  • Research, select and purchase quality products and materials
  • Provide samples for customers
  • Make suggestions for new product offerings based on consumer research
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers track orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
  • Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
  • Provide all the needed information on products, their prices and promotion
  • Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required
  • Review existing stores product offerings
  • Examine promotion details and resolve any pricing discrepancies if needed
  • Handle all customers inquiries and requests
  • Prepare and present sales projections?
  • Monitor product sales
