Job Description

  1. Providing personalized service with deep knowledge of all palace amenities.
  2. Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food.
  3. Perform daily set up for dining and guest areas and assist any plans or arrangements for family and guest during their stay.
  4. Maintain and ensure the strict compliance in Royal Service Standard.
  5. Effective prioritizing tasks in an engaging, refined and intuitive manner.
  6. Maintain the highest level of safety and sanitation standard to maximize the compliance with all Royal Regulatory Policy.
  7. Perform regular Inspection of equipment room, dish room area and proper operation of equipment.
