Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Investigation Specialist to join our team. The Business Investigation Specialist will be responsible for conducting investigations into potential fraud, misconduct, or other violations of company policy. They will work closely with other members of the legal and compliance teams to ensure that all investigations are conducted in a thorough and timely manner.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations into potential fraud, misconduct, or other violations of company policy.
  • Collect and analyze evidence, including documents, emails, and other electronic data.
  • Interview witnesses and other relevant parties.
  • Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that investigations are conducted in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on how to identify and report potential violations of company policy.
